Building Inspection
Building inspection systems are essential for ensuring the functionality, safety, efficiency, and convenience of a structure. These systems work together to support the overall operation of a building, providing a comfortable and secure environment for occupants. Proper planning, installation, and maintenance of these systems are crucial for ensuring long-term performance and sustainability.
Our key building inspections are as follows:
1. Structural System
Engineering has to inspect the building structures, such as reinforced concrete, steel structures, and wood. As well as foundation, columns, beams, floors, and walls
2. Electrical System
Arranging maintenance for the transformer and MDB yearly would be recommended. It will be in good condition in the long term. Checking the lighting system is a daily routine that the management has to do, especially in the rainy season. As well as yearly checking the lightning protection system.
3. Mechanical System
For a common area, the building technician has to make a schedule check, for instance, for the fire extinguishing system. Including the elevator system, which needs to be checked yearly by a professional elevator company. These are about safety, which the juristic person has to be concerned and strict about.

4. Plumbing & Sanitary System
Problems with drainage systems are often found in an old condo. Not only the smell but also the rainwater drainage. Therefore, the building engineer has to advise the juristic person to manage wastewater treatment, the flood prevention system, the water supply, and the rainwater drainage system. It’s not only prevents building problems but also follows the Building Control Act.
5. Security System
The security system is a high responsibility, which is we would give the advice:
5.1 A fire alarm and smoke detection system in the common area and inside the owner’s room need to be installed. It is helpful if someone forgets their cooking or smoking in the room. It will protect a fire cause. As well as using gas in the building, it has to be forbidden.
5.2 CCTV and security guards need to have it. Especially in an open-area building or if the area is closed by a public beach. If there is a CCTV or security guard on standby, it will reduce unpermitted visitors.
6. Building Inspection and Maintenance
6.1 Building Condition Inspection. Regularly inspecting the structural integrity and building systems to prevent damage.
6.2. Maintenance. Providing guidance on building maintenance to extend its lifespan.

8. Building System Training
Providing training on building engineering systems for property management teams and maintenance staff.
9. Building System Inspection & Handover
Ensuring the quality of installed systems meets standards before project handover.
Building engineering requires deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and effective coordination to ensure that constructed buildings are safe, durable, and fully functional for their intended use.
