Express Law Co., Ltd., has been set up since 2018 by the Director who has been experiencing in legal business for more than 12 years and well English speaking. Our office is providing several services such as lawsuits of all kind, business contracts, last will and testaments, Notarial Services Attorney (equivalent to a Notary Public that used in many countries around the world), buying and selling property in Thailand, accounting and bookkeeping, visa, work permit, etc. Most of our clients are foreigners as our lawyers can communicate in English language with foreign clients fluently. 5. Notary public with certification of signatures. Providing proof of identity and residency, undergoing a background check, completing training and possibly an examination, taking an oath of office, obtaining a notary bond, and acquiring a notary seal or stamp.

6. Transferring Property
Determine the Type of Property Transfer, Prepare the necessary documents, execute the transfer, file and record the transfer. check local regulations if needed to ensure a smooth and legally compliant transfer.
