This is a personal home assistant service for clients who purchase a house but do not reside in it year-round. For example, some may buy a house or condo for seasonal vacations or to stay during the winter. If clients purchase property through our company, we offer a personal home assistant service with the following packages:

1. Free for the First 6 Months

1.1 Monthly home inspection to check for any issues. If any irregularities are found, we will promptly notify the homeowner and arrange for professionals to repair them.

1.2 Monthly utility bill payment management (water and electricity) to prevent disconnection due to overdue payments.

Service Conditions:

– If the homeowner wishes the company to handle monthly utility bill payments, they must deposit sufficient funds in advance.
– Repair costs will be charged to the homeowner.

3. One-Time Services

3.1 Property Inspection Before Ownership Transfer
For clients who wish to have their property inspected before transferring ownership, a licensed engineer will conduct a thorough check to ensure that the purchased house/condo is in good condition and free of major issues.

3.2 Pre/Post-Occupancy Cleaning
Cleaning services for houses or condos before or after occupancy. Prices vary depending on the property size and type of service selected.

Standard Cleaning: Price depends on the service area and size of the house/condo.
Deep Cleaning: Price depends on the service area and size of the house/condo.

3.3 Additional Services
Other services such as government office coordination, document processing, or special requests. Service fees will depend on the complexity, time required, and travel distance.
